Due to expansion, our client is seeking an experienced veterinary surgeon to grow and develop their well-equipped, purpose-built practice.
You’ll deliver exceptional care by going beyond consulting to listen and empathising, putting patients and clients first, always. As well as your day to day duties within practice caring for your patients and clients, you will play a key role in leading and managing the team. You will have the drive and ambition to develop the practice client base, ensuring high standards of care are always delivered.
As a qualified MRCVS, you’ll already have good experience gained in small animal practice. You’ll be competent in clinical examination and surgery and confident working sole charge or as part of the wider team. Sharing the client’s values of being trustworthy, caring and progressive, you will have all the softer skills essential to working effectively and empathetically, such as good communication skills, mediation experience, and the ability to share knowledge and lead by being an outstanding, positive example to others.
Branch Partnership opportunities within this practice are also available where you can own part of the clinic, have complete clinical freedom whilst receiving full support.
Our client’s practice is a lovely purpose-built practice, that consists of a large prep area that leads onto two theatres, orthopaedic surgery, a separate dental room, separate x-ray room, separate dog and cat wards and a large conference/training room.
The practice is equipped with an ultrasound machine, digital x-ray and Regenerative Medicine Service. The branch also has invited only blood donor days and the practice holds Cat-Friendly Clinic accreditation by the International Society of Feline Medicine. The successful candidate will be joining a team of three Vets, Head RVN, RVN, two Patient Care Assistants and two Client Care Assistants.
The practice is easily accessible by car to Lincoln city centre and a 25-minute drive from the A1, A15 & A17.
