About the Practice/Location

Our client is a corporately owned, small animal, first opinion practice and is looking for a Head Nurse or Registered Veterinary Nurse to join their friendly and welcoming team in Surrey.

The practice is based in Epsom and is located near supermarkets, restaurants and public transport routes.

The practice offers a range of state-of-the-art equipment including digital X-ray, ultrasound with Doppler, a growing orthopaedic kit and separate dog and cat wards. The fun, hardworking, dedicated team consists of 2 Vets, 3 RVNs, 1 SVN, 1 VCA and 2 receptionists who all trying to make a difference to their clients by offering exceptional client care with the community at their core.

They are seeking an ambitious individual looking to take the next step in their career. This role would suit an experienced Registered or Head Nurse who is happy to lead by example, has great communication and organisation skills and takes pride in working to a high standard.

You will have an interest in and want to learn about the practice as a business as well as how to motivate a team to achieve their personal and practice goals. You will be confident with all general nursing duties including the running of nurse clinics and ideally have experience of and enjoy coaching and mentoring student nurses.
