About the Practice/Location

This independently owned group are looking for a Registered Veterinary Nurse to join their team at their contact centre to offer telemedicine consultations and clinical advice to clients across the group as well as providing clinical support to branches.

You will need to be a great communicator, and ensure that clients and patients receive the very best care. You’ll also be involved in the creation of recorded and written client information to help enhance and help develop the telemedicine service as well as some insurance administration tasks. There will also be a requirement to help nonclinical colleagues within the contact centre in relation to triaging and handling enquiries of a clinical nature so a true team player is essential.

The role would suit an experience vet looking for a change in direction in their career, and The ideal candidate would dedicated to delivering excellent client care and preferably with experience of independent nurse consultations.
