About the Practice/Location
Our client is an independent group who is looking for a Head Veterinary Nurse to join and lead their team in Greater London.
The hospital is based in Northolt, close to public transport routes, local supermarkets and take-a-ways.
The hospital has dedicated dog and cat waiting areas, separate dog, cat and isolation wards, a dental suite, two theatres, x-ray, imaging and CT and is able to provide services from first opinion through to orthopaedic and soft tissue surgery, enhanced imaging as well as ophthalmology services.
You will be working closely with the Hospital Manager and Head Vet to ensure the efficient management of their caseloads and maintain the high standard of care they offer their clients and their pets.
The Head Veterinary Nurse role offers a fully supported opportunity to advance existing line management or senior nurse skills and would suit an experienced RVN with ECC experience and excellent clinical standards. The successful candidate will be capable of mature decision making, whilst working in an ever-changing environment and will share their philosophy of practising to the highest clinical standards and providing great client care. Previous hospital or referral centre and Clinical Coach experience would be ideal.
