This first opinion practice is looking for exceptional RVNs to join their amazing family. They’re expanding their team and looking for experienced RVNs with a passion for emergency and critical care, high patient and client care skills, and a strong team mindset. The practice sees first-opinion emergencies and provides continuous in-patient care, with plenty of opportunity to work cases up.
This ideal candidate will need to be happy to work within a team, act with integrity and show respect to their colleagues, clients, and patients, use, and share best practices, can think ahead, and embrace change, take ownership of their work, and offer solutions to problems encountered, as well as enjoy success and show a desire to grow professionally.
They aim to tailor people’s working patterns to suit their needs and allow them to strike a healthy balance between work and home life. They can usually find a combination of shifts to suit most people! They can be extremely flexible and have different shift options available, including full-time, part-time, holiday cover, weekend day, and weekday work, so they could consider various options to suit the right applicants.
The hospital site boasts a CT scanner, advanced ultrasonography equipment, endo-surgery facilities, extensive blood analysis equipment, dedicated orthopaedic, soft tissue, and exotic theatres, as well as a dedicated dental suite. They also proudly host pet blood bank sessions to provide much needed support to their Veterinary community, which has so far received outstanding feedback.
